The SCALe Knowledge Innovation Community (KIC) is a pivotal platform for advancing smart and sustainable city development across the ASEAN region. As part of the third pillar of the IVM Model – SMART ALLIANCE CONNECT – KIC aims to nurture a highly skilled workforce that can meet the evolving demands of urbanization.
